SEBASTIANI THEATRE’S HOLIDAY WONDERLAND OPEN HOUSE SEBASTIANI THEATRE’S HOLIDAY WONDERLAND OPEN HOUSE

December 23, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

December 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m

The Sebastiani Theatre invites the community to TWO special Saturday Holiday Wonderland Open House Events on December 23, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and on December 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the Sebastiani Theatre located on the Plaza in Sonoma at 476 First Street East.  Once again, mega-talented artist Susan Bellach has transformed the Sebastiani Theatre into a magical winter holiday fairyland!  Featured in the entryway are holiday garlands and the glittery Tree of A Thousand Lights.  In the lobby more sparkling lights greet patrons with a miniature Santa’s Village – in actuality, a metropolis – complete with a mini Sebastiani Theatre, Witchie Poo’s house, an enchanting moving carousel, and tiny skaters who really skate, a magical miniature train that cruises through a tiny carnival/circus.

The entire Theatre, including the concession and auditorium stage areas, is aglow with lights and decorations specially selected and gorgeously arranged by Susan Bellach.  Susan, a most multi-talented and generous-hearted person, has been decorating the Theatre for both Halloween and Christmas for the past many years using decorations from her own personal collection, and outdoing herself every year!  Whenever Susan Bellach is awhirl with decorating at the Sebastiani Theatre, the general advice to all others present is:  “Don’t stand still too long or Susan will decorate you!”

The public is invited to stop by the Sebastiani Theatre to enjoy cookies, apple cider and hot chocolate, and to experience the fabulous holiday décor!  Multi-talented musician/vocalist Sarah Summers will be thrilling us with her gorgeous music on Saturday, December 23, and the outstanding musician Sean Carscadden, a famous favorite will be back in town from Portland, just to perform for us on Saturday, December 30!  Don’t miss these fun and festive events where everyone is invited and welcome!

Admission is free, although donations are always welcome!
