ABOUT THE SEBASTIANI THEATRE FOUNDATION
The Sebastiani Theatre Foundation was established in 2008 and incorporated in 2009. It has full legal status as a non-profit corporation and has 501(c)(3) charitable status. The Foundation has been active in making physical improvements to the Theatre, sponsoring special events, and negotiating for the lease of the Theatre.
