The Sebastiani Theatre presents “A SPECIAL MUSICAL HOLIDAY,” an old fashioned Holiday TV special, to be shown free of charge virtually on a warm and festive set. Hosted by Roger and Diana Rhoten, “A SPECIAL MUSICAL HOLIDAY,” will feature the music of many talented local performers who wish to share their talents and reach out to the community in these unusual times to spread a little love, joy, goodwill by coming together to highlight and honor all those organizations and groups of people who continue to help those in need.

The Holidays have always been very special here at the Sebastiani Theatre.  The incredible decorations designed and created by Susan Bellach are always a sight to behold, and seem to get people in the holiday spirit. During traditional times, the holiday shows, ballets, and Christmas plays all played a part in what would have normally been. This  “A SPECIAL MUSICAL HOLIDAY” show is our attempt to provide a connection to all of you in our community and share in the spirit of giving, kindness, and love. The show will feature Tommy Thomsen, Sean Carscadden, Jon Burdick, Sheila Whitney, John Partridge, Dave Aguilar, Peter McCauley, Bob Gossett, Images in Motion, The Sonoma Conservatory Of Dance, Sonoma Arts Live, Izzy Hubbard, Sara Lake, Luis Contreras, Dawn Angelosante, Tony Gibson, Laura Benward, Miles Lake, Jeff Gilbert and Cat Austin. There will also be a special visit from SANTA CLAUS. Hosted by Roger and Diana Rhoten with Eric Jackson, this program would not have been possible without the technical savvy in sound by Nathaniel Aslaksen, and multi-talented Theatre General Manager, Tony Ginesi, who coordinated all of filming with cameras, sets, edits and everything else. Many thanks to the Sebastiani Theatre Foundation for all their efforts to support the creation of “A SPECIAL MUSICAL HOLIDAY,” and for continuing to preserve and enhance the Sebastiani Theatre.
